Rooted in Norse Mythology

The Norse believed that fragrance was sacred. Smoke from burning herbs and resins was thought to carry prayers to the gods, and the aromas of pine, birch, and sea salt were woven into the fabric of daily life. When we set out to create the Velurno scent collection, we asked ourselves a simple question: what would it smell like to live inside a Norse myth?

The answer became our collection — a series of home sprays, essential oil blends, and single oils inspired by the nine worlds of Norse cosmology: the frost of Niflheim, the warmth of Muspelheim, the ancient groves of Yggdrasil.
